Lash lift
Book the 1st Time Lash Lift + Tint ($110, 75 min) — it adds a quick consultation. Please remove contacts first, and keep lashes dry for 24 hours after.

Start with a Lash Extension Patch Test ($10). The fee is credited toward your first full set if you're a good candidate for extensions.

Advanced skincare
Microneedling and chemical peels need a New Client Intro Session ($50+) first, so we can assess your skin and build the right plan.

Hair restoration
Scalp and beard treatments start with a Hair Restoration Consultation ($50), credited toward a package booked within one week.

Oncology facial
A physician's pre-approval is required before any oncology facial. It's a gentle, customized facial for skin affected by cancer treatment.

What is a Sphinx wax?
It's our signature wax — the same as a Brazilian. It removes all hair front to back, with the option to leave a triangle or strip, and the Signature version is finished with a soothing mask to calm skin.

What's the cancellation policy?
Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule (exceptions: contagious illness or a family emergency). Changes within 48 hours carry a 50% fee, and your deposit is applied toward it.

What if I'm running late?
Text or call us. Arriving late may shorten your service, and full price still applies. If you're more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, the appointment is considered a no-show.

What happens if I miss my appointment?
If you don't arrive or contact us, an 80% fee of the regular menu price is charged 15 minutes after your scheduled time. No-show fees are non-refundable.

How do payments and fees work?
Fees are charged to the card on file. If there's no card on file, payment must be made before booking again, and unpaid fees may restrict future bookings. We take credit and debit cards.

How long do lash lifts, tints and lamination last?
A lash lift + tint lasts 4–6 weeks (most clients return every 6–8 weeks). Brow and lash tints last 2–4 weeks, and brow lamination lasts 3–4 weeks.

Can I get a lash lift while pregnant?
Our lash lift services are listed as safe for pregnancy. Brow lamination is not safe if you're pregnant or breastfeeding.

How often should I book a lash extension fill?
Ideally every 2–3 weeks. Your extensions need at least 40% retention to qualify as a fill; otherwise a full set may be required.

Do you offer services for teens?
Yes. The Teen Starter Session (ages 9–18) includes a professional skin analysis, a teen-friendly mini facial and skincare education, and the Teen Facial is a gentle facial designed just for teen skin.

What is an Educational Facial?
A customized facial at 50% off, performed by a NakedCat Beauty team member in training with an experienced esthetician guiding them. Educational model appointments can't be rescheduled, and cancellations aren't refunded or credited.
